EmpireFactionsHQ – Terms of Service

By purchasing any product from the EmpireFactionsHQ store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1️⃣ Payments & Purchases

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

  • All purchases are digital goods delivered in-game.

  • You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account.

2️⃣ No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital in-game items:

  • Refunds will not be issued.

  • Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from EmpireFactionsHQ.

  • Attempted fraud or unauthorized payment disputes will be escalated.

If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, contact staff before disputing the transaction.

3️⃣ Rank & Item Changes

  • All ranks, kits, perks, and items are subject to change for balance purposes.

  • We reserve the right to adjust perks, modify kits, or rebalance features at any time.

  • These changes do not qualify for refunds.

4️⃣ Server Rules

All purchases are subject to our server rules.

If a player:

  • Breaks server rules

  • Is banned for cheating or exploiting

  • Abuses bugs or glitches

All purchased items and ranks may be revoked without refund.

Supporting the server does not grant immunity from punishment.

5️⃣ Map Resets

EmpireFactionsHQ operates on seasonal maps.

During map resets:

  • Faction progress, bases, and items may be wiped.

  • Rank purchases (if permanent) will remain unless stated otherwise.

  • Temporary items or boosters may not carry over.

6️⃣ Delivery Time

Most purchases are delivered automatically within minutes.

If you do not receive your purchase:

  • Rejoin the server

  • Contact staff with proof of purchase

7️⃣ Liability

EmpireFactionsHQ is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.

All payments are made voluntarily to support the server.

We are not responsible for:

  • Server downtime

  • Data loss due to technical issues

  • Third-party payment processor errors

8️⃣ Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are the account holder or have permission from the account holder.

  • You understand all purchases are final.

  • You agree to all server rules and policies.

⚖ Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a payment without contacting staff first will result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Possible reporting to payment processors for fraud
